RETURNS & EXCHANGES INFORMATION

Returns:

At Mimpi, we truly hope you love your purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item just needs to be in the same condition as when you received it. Unused and in it's original packaging. 

To start your return, simply email us at hello@mimpi.co.uk with your order number and reason for making the return. We’ll share the return address and guide you through the next steps.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return can’t be accepted.

 

Exchanges:

If you’d like to make an exchange, simply email us at hello@mimpi.co.uk with your order number and the details of what you’d like to exchange.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.
Please send the item back using a trackable shipping service at your own cost.

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship your new item out to you as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
